Matt was brought in to Adicio by the CEO, for a second tour of work as a full time employee in early 2007. Splitting time between Jackson and Carlsbad, CA, Matt continued to lead staff at Khoza, while also growing the Adicio Systems team to be string with his planned transitioned back to Khoza.

Matt started at Adicio, Inc. when it was a small start-up, focusing on powering large media companies job sites. Within a week was asked to move servers to a new data center, and from there the fast-paced position never slowed down! Matt managed Linux, Apache, and Texis servers at the start of his time there and managed their systems as they adopted Mysql.

Matt's experience in this group started with Windows support, but helped prepare him for functioning in a consulting agency as their various departments even internally were entrepreneurial in serving each-other. Their team frequently did the "impossible" when internet connections were harder to come by, hardware was slower to acquire + setup, and Matt saw.

As a student and following graduation as a full time staff member, Matt helped maintain and upgrade Westmont computers. He enjoyed having a vast array of hardware to tinker with, operating systems to try out, and time to do so.
