When I Work is a SaaS product created to help employers manage their employees schedules, shifts, time-off requests and gives employees a way to communicate with other employees and employer. Leading the full branding, UI, UX and Product strategy for a large product launch - RealityLive - Qualitative Research Platform for RealityCheck Inc. I was Lead Product Designer and Product Manager, leading a team of 6. Lead User Experience designer for various mobile apps such as BidMyWay, Johnson Controls, FanPlan, Squrl Valet, PikCal, RealityLive, and USAToday. I've led all of the design and front-end development for web apps and experiences such as Starwood, RealityLive, Brand New Matter, ATG, Steamboat, BidMyWay, Network Health, PikCal, Salvation Army, & Discover. Promoted to VP of Product Design for The Blueye Hub - an internal platform for executing and managing social experiences and marketing.

I began as the second of two designers at PCF at the time and moved up to lead designer. I worked on such projects as pculture.org, Miro Community, and Amara websites. At my time at PCF, I worked with a team to redesign, Amara from the ground up. Designed Miro Community homepage from the ground up and created templates for customization of community pages as well as creating custom designs for specific communities.

As a member of the small design team, I was tasked with designing entire online advertising campaigns for companies like Best Buy, Red Bull, EA Games, SyFy Channel, NBA among others. I worked well under tight deadlines, delivering assets on time at a high level of quality to the sales team and production team.

Worked as UI Designer as part of a two-man design team at the start-up company, WeGame Inc. I worked closely with the product team to create design solutions, wireframes, full designs and did the front-end development (HTML/CSS) for those designs. I lead specific features throughout the site.
