Consulting with hiring managers on recruitment strategy, retention, market intelligence, interview and assessment techniques.Developed and maintained relationships with high growth enterprise software vendors, biased towards those with a developer led toolset. Two examples were Coverity (acq. by Synopsys), a software integrity platform, and Auth0 (acq. by Okta), an authentication and authorisation platform. The majority of teams I helped build spanned pre and post sales. Fingerprint Search was a business I established as a vehicle for developing long term relationships with business leaders. Reporting to the GM, EMEA. Responsible for talent acquisition, specifically tasked with directly building out a European team in preparation to achieve business targets for 2020. Introduced direct recruitment model and successfully completed searches across UK, Germany, France, Netherlands and Nordics regions.
