As a key contributor to the rise of one of the UK’s largest independent digital agencies, I’ve developed a diverse skill set that spans user experience, digital product/service design and digital transformation.Recognising a gap in our offering, I led the creation of our consultancy and user experience services; creating a compelling proposition and in turn growing revenue and headcount. As Strategy & Experience Director I oversee delivery, operations, and sales of our UX and digital consultancy services to a wide range of large organisations within the public, private and third sectors.
