A combination of both my previous positions at Cutter Aviation, I am responsible for maintaining and updating our 135 fleet's AAIP and applicable maintenance items. I handle the scheduling, tracking, and updating of 10 aircraft both at base and while on the road with other vendors for our 24/7 operations. I am also tasked with estimating and accurately tracking upcoming due items and communicating with our Charter team when and where this maintenance will be performed and provide an accurate downtime estimate and review and audit invoices for accuracy and go over them with aircraft owners. Additionally I am helping our Charter team with my previous responsibilities as a charter coordinator as well when all fleet maintenance items are addressed.

Responsible for managing and scheduling maintenance personnel to various jet, turbo prop, and piston aircraft at 2 locations. Quoting and Scheduling, for all clients. Is the point of contact between all clients and the shop, providing updates to the client per their request, including explaining discrepancies and getting approvals. Also working with Shop Supervisors and QC to make sure all deadlines are understood and achieved. Play a key role in the communication between maintenance and our in house 135 flight department to insure maintenance deadlines are properly understood and that delays are handled accordingly. Also responsible for building new clientele and strengthening networks with the company.
