Working with Microsoft Global System Integrators (Cognizant, HCL, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra) to build, grow, and support the Microsoft Security, Compliance, Identity + Management practices across these partners.

Reported into the Identity & Network Access Engineering Division (IDNA) at Microsoft, responsible for driving ISV partner strategy across the Microsoft Zero Trust platform. Building strategic partnerships in the Identity Alliances Team, drove key integrations across Secure Hybrid Access, Passwordless, Identity, Threat Detection, Risk Score Sharing, and more. Led ISV IDNA partner strategy for strategic initiatives including for the White House Cyber Security Executive Order. Worked across other Microsoft Security engineering teams to lead cross-pillar programs for Zero Trust with our 1st party and 3rd party integrations coming together to create a better together story for our customers.

I represent the One Commercial Partner organization in Microsoft that is committed to helping our partners successfully drive digital transformation with their customers and empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Working with our partners, I help them build Modern Workplace solutions that span across Enterprise Mobility & Security, Teamwork, Microsoft 365 Powered Devices and Firstline Worker with a focus on security and compliance.As a Senior Architect and as a Microsoft employee - my personal success is not achieved unless our customers and our partners are successful themselves. I work directly with Product Engineering and Partner Marketing to develop go-to-market accelerators,practice development playbooks, and sales/technical readiness assets required by Microsoft partners to build (or enhance) successful practices and create new revenue streams based on Microsoft 365 technologies such as Cloud Voice, Security & Compliance, Teamwork, Firstline Worker and Microsoft 365 Powered Devices. Incubating these assets, we receive valuable insights that influence not only the product roadmaps but also how Microsoft enables partners to be the scale engine for Microsoft 365.

Partnering with organizations across industry and public sector to develop innovative solutions that solve complex business problems resulting in new business models and "thinking differently" about IT. I had the awesome opportunity to lead dozens of Microsoft customers across enterprise to small business to transform their organization and redefine their corporate culture to realize how technology can enable their employees to do their best work and thrive in fourth industrial revolution known as digital transformation.

With my roots in enterprise mobility, I travelled around the United States consulting with customers ranging from Fortune 50 to state,local and federal government and education and providing them training on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server platform to effectively manager their growing fleet of smartphones that enable employees to have a digital extension of their physical office. Partnering with wireless carriers, helped to launch several new BlackBerry models by providing launch training events at carrier call centers.

Originally starting as an analyst in the network operations center monitoring equipment that enables wireless data traffic, I climbed the ranks to join the Enterprise Messaging team within IT where the team was responsible for core communication services for the company. On this elite team, together I participated in launching Sprint into the era of Unified Communications enabling employees to consider work as something they do, not somewhere they go - ultimately saving the company $13 Million year-over-year. In addition IT Program Managed to provide support to an internal webcast system providing live video streaming services of company all-hands events from the CEO and other major business units. Lastly, worked on a team of highly skilled professionals supporting core email and directory services to keep employees connected.
