• General Manager of Special Operations for the Southwest Area including 3 Arizona divisions, New Mexico and Las Vegas divisions. Oversaw Special Operations’ day-to-day activities and ensured enhancement of the customer.

• Aligned product standardization as an active member of the National Pulte Construction Standards Team, by developing new details, evaluating and revising existing or proposed details, and facilitating the Area-wide.
• Implemented numerous improvements which directly reduced warranty expenditures and man-hours as well as increased the durability, quality, and efficiency of homes.
• Managed Operations and reduced exposure to litigation through forecasting service trends, monitoring satisfaction levels and expenses, addressing personnel needs, and providing periodic account analysis and budget.
• Spearheaded the Area-wide development, inauguration, and roll-out of the Pulte Special Operations (long-term warranty) department by authoring the department play-book, drafting job description sheets for all.
