As the Cintoo Product Manager for BIM & Construction, I work directly with our clients, end-users, owners, and other building industry stakeholders to gather insights and trends in order to build innovative software which helps grow Cintoo’s adoption across the AEC market. My responsibilities include developing and maintaining the AEC-specific development roadmap for our product, forming a shared vision and that aligns with market forces and opportunities for the future. As such I work closely with our talented Engineering team to transform customer needs into detailed requirements for ongoing software development and collaborate with our Marketing team to position, message, and launch new features or products, managing the direction of our product features.

I manage Tutor Perini Building Corporation's Building Information Modeling implementation, standards, and practices for our preconstruction, on-site operations, and post-construction activities. In this position I integrate BIM with our cost estimating groups to perform model-based takeoffs, create construction-ready models for coordination, and create visualizations for owner review.I routinely investigate new compelling technologies that dovetail with BIM, such as the use of on-site laser scanning and drones for recording initial conditions and construction progress and Virtual Reality using real-time rendering applications such as game-engines to virtually explore the project.

2022 marked my 23rd year attending Autodesk University and my 17th year as a highly rated Speaker. Over the years I've presented classes on a wide variety of topics, such as specifying the best computing hardware for BIM and 3D, advanced topics in building Revit families, using the mental ray rendering engine in 3ds Max, using Navisworks for construction coordination, and programming in VisualLISP for AutoCAD.

I regularly consult and train our AEC customers on all Autodesk building design and construction platforms, specializing in Autodesk Revit MEP, Autodesk Navisworks, and integrating workflows across design, validation, and visualization applications.

My goal is always to meet the technical needs and issues of the design staff with appropriate IT environments which are secure, fast and inexpensive to operate.Professionally, I have been deeply involved in production documentation for a wide array of Architectural and ID projects, from initial sketches to construction documents, 3D renderings and presentations, shop drawing approvals, and finish boards. I have worked extensively with project teams to complete documentation sets correctly, on time, above code, and under budget.I am a member of Autodesk User Group International and contribute to the AUGI and Autodesk discussion groups. I've attended every Autodesk University event since 1999 and have presented classes on AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, API programming, and BIM implementation since 2003.

For six years I was the CAD Manager and IT Manager for Bernardon Haber Holloway Architects and their affiliate Interiors firm, BHH|Tait Interiors LLC. I performed CAD, IT, and design/drafting services across our three offices in Kennett Square PA, Downingtown PA, and Wilmington DE.
