I have studied the deployment of digital infrastructure, its impact on business, people and the planet since 2003, as a technology journalist and researcher. In my current role, I lead Uptime Institute's sales team in North America. I have keynoted data center conferences around the globe, including executive summits in Brazil, China, Turkey and Russia, and was an annual keynote speaker at the Uptime Institute Symposium in Santa Clara, Calif. My passion is the Uptime Institute Membership program. I have been involved with this group of data center owners and operators since 2005, and I've watched the program evolve and change. It is so satisfying to help folks work together to solve complex challenges, to work with our researchers and SMEs to answer questions that seemed unanswerable, or too complex to tackle alone.
