I'm a Recruiter who set up on my own at age 20 because I wanted to do recruitment right.I'd had enough of working for recruitment firms that prioritised volume over value - where candidates were treated like commodities and clients were treated like they were at a car dealership. I knew that there had to be a better way to do recruitment. I saw a gap in the market for a recruitment approach built on genuine relationships. I bring a reputation for successfully headhunting candidates within niche markets and fulfilling client requirements time and time again.I entered the world of IT Recruitment in 2017 and instantly knew it was the career for me. At age 16 I was placing highly experienced Software Developers, Managers and Architects into a variety of businesses, including a FTSE-250 Household name and a $ 12 billion Insurance firm. In 2018 I was voted the UK's Recruitment Apprentice of the Year by the UK's governing body for Recruitment (REC). This is really when my career took off.A year later, I was headhunted to build and implement a Software Development Recruitment practice for a recruitment firm that specialised in cybersecurity and had no prior track record or history of hiring Developers. This function is now their core service offering. Towards the end of 2020, I decided to take the leap and set up my own Recruitment business - Key Partnership. We've enjoyed 4 very successful years of trading and opened our first office in 2022. We are based in Stony Stratford, a stone's throw away from Milton Keynes - one of the UK's brightest technology hubs. The ethos of Key Partnership Recruitment is to keep recruitment simple. We are a business built on relationships, and we apply this simple principle to everything we do. I genuinely love recruitment. I think that there is no greater feeling than finding someone a life-changing opportunity, not just a job.I invest a lot of time into learning the constant changes in Recruitment, and have a Membership to the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC), as well as being a Certified Recruitment Professional (Cert RP).
