Manage the technology department and computing environments, providing innovation, vision, strategy, and leadership in all areas of technology use, planning, development and support within a 20,000 member-based organization/association. Collaborate with and provide leadership to various stakeholders while identifying opportunities to improve technology solutions for members, volunteers and improving operational efficiency within the business of running the association. Lead through changing and challenging environments, with launch of new products, changes in service delivery methodologies and virtualization. Shift systems architecture from custom development to integrated third-party platforms to reduce organizational risk, supportability and improved functionality.
