As the Assistant Portfolio Director/Risk Manager for close to 5,000 units, I had many duties including over-site of all leasing agents and on-site managers, meeting with residents on a weekly basis, completing, filing and appearing in housing court for several counties, bidding snow and lawn service for over 25 properties, dealing with insurance claims, the adjusters and contractors that completed the work. The over-site that I was directly involved with kept our properties at an 93% occupancy rate or higher and delinquencies at a very low rate.
