Once I have a detailed understanding of a client's business and specific need, I guide them on the property solution best aligned to their financial and operational objectives. This may involve sourcing and acquiring new space for them (i.e. office, laboratory or warehouse), restructuring their lease for financial benefit, or negotiating an advantageous lease renewal on their behalf. Key transactions I have advised upon include a 330,000 sq ft pre-let on behalf of the Government (Home Office) in Greater London, a 70,000 sq ft lease regear for Honeywell in the Thames Valley and a 50,000 sq ft lease acquisition for AstraZeneca in Cambridge.
