I love what I do, I get to combine helping people with financing their new home or existing mortgage. The products can help a buyer purchase with 100% financing through a VA or USDA mortgage. The FHA and conventional programs are great for first, second or third time home buyers. I help qualify people for a dollar amount they can spend, but it's even better to qualify them on what they want to spend on their mortgage.Home Financing is not easy nowadays and that is where my credit repair expertise comes in handy. I have analyzed many credit reports and spent a tremendous amount of time learning how factors make a difference on credit scoring. I have taken buyers from no scores and low scores to home purchases in as little as 4 months and can help anyone. This is an area that most Loan Originators are lacking and I have worked hard to hone this skill.Networking has also become a place that I have spent much energy to be a connector. By knowing many different types of people, I have become the guy who has a guy/gal for something. If I can not do something, I know someone that can and that helps to get the job done or help a fellow person get their job done. There is a satisfaction in helping others that can not be explained.
