Fully seconded to the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) and North West Program Alliance (NWPA) for over 3 years:- Senior Project Manager on the Alliance Development Leadership Team for a number of major works packages (i.e., >$500m per package) including Pakenham, Preston and Bell to Moreland, with a combined 11 level crossings and 6 new train stations.- Leads teams of project managers, project engineers and specialist consultants in developing Project Requirements Specifications (PRS), which form each package's contract for project delivery. Other responsibilities include design/engineering management, delivery strategy, developing submission content, developing project variations with external funding sources (pre-agreed adjustment events), future proofing requirements, technical papers to resolve complex commercial and engineering issues, progressing standard waivers, developing design/construction strategies for delivery and running the tender design development and review process.- Other general responsibilities have included managing large multi-disciplinary teams and covering site investigations, planning, land, environment, safety, scoping and requirements, design & engineering, procurement, construction, quality, risk, estimation, tender submissions, stakeholder interface, comms, project controls, commercial, governance, sustainability, statutory and government approvals, disruption and completions.- Stakeholder interfacing responsibilities includes (but is not limited to) Project Owner/LXRP (including its Alliances), Urban Design Advisory Panel (UDAP), Stakeholder Working Groups (DWG/NDWG/NDRG), Project Steering Committee (PSC), Department of Transport, MTM, V/Line, Freight Victoria, Road Operators (Transurban), Bus Operators, Victrack, Office of the Victorian Government Architect (OVGA), VPA, DWELP, Melbourne Water, Utilities Providers, Local Councils and Emergency Services.

Roles include:- Delivery Portfolio Manager (and Agent of the Commonwealth), Victoria/Tasmania Region and 2IC to the National Delivery Director on the Project Delivery Services (PDS) program of work for the Department of Defence’s Estate Works Program (EWP). - Responsible for all PDS projects in Victoria/Tasmania region (total value approx. $100m) at various stages of the project lifecycle including Scoping and Feasibility, Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction, Completions and Closeout.- Managed a team of Project Managers, Design Managers, Project Controls Specialists and Project Admin in my region. Accountable for the work performed by in house design teams, external consultants/designers and contractors (through the use of Construct-Only Minor and Medium Works Contracts).- Managed stakeholder relationships including senior National and Regional Defence stakeholders and was a key point of contact in Aurecon for key clients (DEWPO and E&IG).
