Started work in their sales department selling corporate cards and after finishing my maths and statistics degree was moved to a more suitable role as a data analyst. During this time I help quantify a new customer profiling system allowing better identification of customers, that allows a greater selection of products, and in a time dependant manner. Furthermor the system aids in customer retention and customer satisfaction. I believe it could do wonders in the mental health sector. I worked along side my colleague Mark McElhaw who pioneered this new technique.
