I'm the founder & CEO of Twin Cities Soccer Leagues (TCSL), a progressive soccer league sanctioned by US Club Soccer located in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. Our mission is simple: to be the highest quality youth soccer experience in Minnesota. TCSL attracts over 1,200 teams, over 25,000 players and over 60,000 household members.We strive to be much more than a league, adding value to our members by providing superb administration but also consistent additional programming and benefits: coach education, referee recruitment and on-boarding support, parent engagement, memorable events, and much more.Leading TCSL is an absolute privilege each and every day. I'm grateful for an amazing team as well as member clubs, players and families that trust us to provide "exceptional soccer experiences for all."Skills/Competencies: youth sports programming, soccer league management, scheduling, SaaS technology providers (i.e. GotSport), team building, budgeting, accounting, Quickbooks (desktop & Online), referee training and development, special events/tournaments, digital marketingOccasionally, I am available to consult with organizations looking to enhance current league operations, or for organizations/leagues/clubs looking to start fresh.
