After years of running a successful technology consulting company, I hit a crossroads. Despite the financial success, I was becoming increasingly disillusioned. Watching technology professionals treated like commodities, and seeing long-term employees being replaced by temporary resources, didn’t sit right with me. I realized I was missing something—fulfillment. I knew I had more to offer, but something needed to change. I had already been building a side business in coaching and training, helping people uncover their unique strengths and articulate their value. Over time, I found myself more passionate about this than consulting, so I made a pivotal decision. In 2022, I wound down my technology consulting business and shifted my full focus to coaching and training.
