I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of Hudson Associates, LLC. My main duties included personnel collaboration and management, financial management and sales and purchasing coordination and delivery. I have extensive experience developing, writing and closing contracts at the executive level. Utilizing our trademarked sales platforms, SPoC and Culture of Yes, I am lead national customer development manager and collaborate with my colleagues to further the brand and engage with new and existing customers about new products, vendor relationships and market intelligence.

Responsible for the sales and customer service of existing client accounts. Worked to develop existing client accounts through new products and vendor relationships. Networked throughout the industry to create and maintain new sales relationships. Collaborated with colleagues on brand and product presentation, accounting, customer service and executive-level operations. Co-created the SPoC and Culture of Yes sales platforms. These platforms drive positive customer experiences and create feedback loops that yield focused results.

Greater Denver Area

I managed the research department for an office of 8 retail real estate brokers. I consulted with the brokers regarding their client needs in research, mapping, aerials and marketing materials. I was responsible for the maintainence of an extensive database of retail point locations and aerial photography and worked daily with GIS mapping software. I supervised and delegated to a Research Assistant who worked with me on day-to-day details as well as larger-scale marketing and mapping projects.

Greater Denver Area

I traveled the country building relationships with local brokers, developers and property owners working to develop space for nationally-branded small-format retail operators. I provided thorough analysis of for-lease and for-sale sites including demographics, zoning, planning and financial due diligence. I was assigned and managed multiple projects at varying stages in several markets nationwide, including: Indianapolis, Houston, Atlanta and Phoenix. My work led to the development of at least two retail sites for the company after my release.

Greater Denver Area

My day-to-day included conducting comprehensive due diligence and financial analyses on potential land investments, completing analyses, zoning searches and creating marketing reports for presentation to senior management. To identify portential development locations, I was responsible for cold calling brokers, land owners and developers gain footholds in new areas across the country. Along with a colleague, I introduced GIS and Google Earth as useful tools in our search and due diligence of potential investments. Unfortunately, the company closed and as a result, I was released.
