Project managing any special projects that fall outside SPT's standard remit. Accurately delivering time and cost estimates for one off special projects, and planning the successful delivery of said projects both within the world of Motor-sport and beyond.

Working as an Estimator in the specialist field of land remediation, I was responsible for surveying sites of varying size and creating remediation strategies for large scale developments for prominent UK construction companies. My primary role was to produce competitive cost and time estimates from my surveys or information provided to me directly from the client. I also managed the sale of remediation strategies directly to the client. Working in this position I was able to successfully expand our area of operations and increase our departmental profit even during the recent recession. Beyond my original duties I was also asked to attend pre-contract meetings and handle contract negotiations. Working closely alongside the operations department, I was called upon to manage various operations across the country all coming in under budget and on time. With a keen eye for attention to detail I was able to prosper in this position, and subsequently expand my duties to those of beyond just an Estimator.

As a member of a small, dynamic car company specialising in the production of kit cars, I initially started as a fibreglass technician concentrating on all aspects involved in the production of fibreglass kit cars. Eventually rising to the position of Production Manager, I was responsible for the modification of any designs and the creation of fibreglass bucks, moulds and panels. I also managed the production of models and prototypes from full technical drawings. Within this role I also undertook the design and manufacture of bespoke fibreglass panels to fit individual customer requirements.
