After graduating from law school, I worked for some of California’s most prestigious law firms. My practice initially focused on defending the management. I was a partner at the nation’s largest defense firms dedicated exclusively to employment matters. After fifteen years defending corporations, I decided to take that experience and use it to help employees pursue justice in employment matters against the types of companies I used to represent. This experience has given me a unique skill set and understanding of employment law and negotiations. My practice is focused solely on helping people resolve disputes with current and former employers including claims of discrimination, retaliation, violations of leave laws, harassment, hostile work environment, disability accommodations, and employee compensation. I practice in all state and federal courts in California. My skills and talents include pursuing matters through trial in the courtroom, resolving cases prior to litigation, and effectively handling disputes through mediation and arbitration. In 2011, I was recognized as a SuperLawyers Rising Star Under 40 in Northern California.
