This group focuses on the delivery of compliance and advisory services to private and family businesses.Responsibilities and experience include:- Manager on various Enterprise clients including: private investors, property developers, not-for-profits, Australian manufacturing subsidiaries of overseas parents, pastoral companies and taxation of overseas assignees;- Manager/in-charge of full service engagement (i.e. bookkeeping through to board reporting) for a charitable fund; and- Previous leadership of the Fringe Benefits Tax compliance and advisory services in Enterprise Advisory, KPMG Melbourne.Industry/Sector experience includes:- Seconded resource to listed companies to assist group financial reporting and project management of a demerger; and- Seconded resource to another charitable fund, to act as finance manager during peak reporting period and months thereafter.

Prince’s Charities Australia was established to provide a co-ordinating presence for The Prince of Wales’ Australian and international charitable endeavours, that is: enhanced coordination of The Prince of Wales’ charitable interests in Australia; and increased collaboration and communication between The Prince of Wales’ family of charities and similar and related charities in Australia.As the Manager in a relatively small team of staff, the role is quite broad. There are 3 main areas of responsibility: Operations, Finance and Administration.Operations:Liaison with Clarence House, members of the Prince’s Charities network and other philanthropic partners; preparation of reports to trustees and Clarence House; liaison with major supporters.Finance:Maintenance of financial records (including payroll); preparation and lodgement of various tax returns (IASs/BASs and FBT); preparation of management and statutory accounts; preparation of finance policies; liaison with bank and auditors; cashflow forecasting; maintenance of fixed asset registers.Administration:General office maintenance and management; liaison with ASIC, ACNC, ATO and legal/regulatory advisors; maintain website content and liaise with website service providers; liaison with insurers and other service providers.
