The VMC Monitoring system is comprised of more than 30 micro services across 20+ regions. The team of 15+ engineers operates the services while continuously delivering added value based on VMware Cloud business requirements.With over 200 SaaS services in production today and more coming every week the VMC SaaS SRE teams goal is to enable this scale which will enable our VMware Cloud (VMC) business to grow capacity. vSphere Integrated Containers provides VMware customers a solution for running docker containers in production on their existing vSphere infrastructure. The product is open source and composed of several components including a container engine, registry and management portal. Helped each team member when blocked or underperforming.• Reviewed enhancements for multiple product and release management initiatives. The Cisco Cyber Threat Defense (CTD) solution was a very successful partnership with Lancope. Solution provides Cisco customers with an unprecedented ability to dig deeply into networks and map behaviors to users. This enables the security experts to root out the most advanced threats, quickly and confidently. CTD is also a unique partnership for Cisco and Lancope in that it utilizes Cisco’s sales channels to drive the solution into several customer verticals, including government, healthcare and financial. The product, prior to acquisition, was seeing year over year sales growth of 40%.• Led 10 member, cross organizational team for the Cisco Cyber Threat Defense (CTD) and Lancope partnership.• Managed the solution and integration testing for the Cisco validated design.• Co-owned, with product management, the CTD product roadmap and worked closely with product management and sales teams on implementing major program management solutions.• Drove alignment across the numerous products that made up the solution.• Reduced overall testing time to provide faster go-to-market for releases.• Continued to improve the partner relationship with Lancope.
