It Hardware Support Technician
CurrentIn this IT position, I am always learning new skills to better improve myself and my co-worker's efficiency and livelihood at work. I seek out new ways to improve my projects, as well as my productivity. I have various responsibilities including: -Problem Solve various projects and figure out the best way to go about doing them-Setup new computers and re-imaging them-Repair/Replace old equipment-Pull new Cat 5e/6 network cable as well as Fiber lines-Order and inventory new/existing equipment-Ship out equipment to all RCWilley locations throughout the company-Setup/Troubleshoot Computers, printers, phones, data lines, visa machines, etc.-Answer calls and service tickets in a timely manner-Pick up and Deliver equipment to/from all RCWilley in Utah and Idaho-Insert and Cap off data lines-Dress/Organize data lines-Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows errors-Write up how-to guides for employees to follow-Build Excel sheets for keeping track of products and IP addresses
