Led Talent Acquisition to grow the team at Incredible Health to meet the needs of a medical industry desperate to hire better and faster! We expanded to new markets across the country and I helped scale the team from 8 to 50+, and specifically hired 5 10+ year engineers in the first few months, to grow the SWE team from 2 to 7. At Incredible we worked on a much needed product, that can grow and scale drastically, all the while helping to make the medical industry stronger to bring better healthcare to consumers!

At Reliable Robotics, we pushed forward aviation, with a focus on safety, reliability, and automation. We reimagined the way things and people move around the world. With a focus on FAA approval and certification, we were building a system that can make any aircraft be flown autonomously, and remotely. The team I helped to build had overcome the toughest challenges in engineering at World changing companies like: SpaceX, Tesla, Google(X), Apple, Avidyne, Kitty Hawk, Virgin Orbit, NASA, Apple, JetBlue, Azul Airlines, etc.We flew autonomous test flights, in the Bay Area / with FAA approval, and moved towards commercial aviation rapidly. Led recruiting to grow the team from 7 to over 25, from Series A to Series B, with all hires being niche technical leaders in the software, flight software, GNC, mechatronics, hardware, electrical, robotics, and aviation space.
