- Coordination and management of change cycle activities involving Supply, including development and management of the Business Continuity Plan.- Submission and management of Change Requests, both pre-approved and Global requests where companywide endorsement is required.- Provide direction and support to the Business Process & Data Group network within Supply, and across the operational areas for matters relating to Supply processes.- Development of local training materials and curriculum, to ensure sustainable learning methods adopted across Supply.- Build strong working relationships within the functional and operational Analysis and Improvement teams to share knowledge and improve integrated process areas.- Conducting SAP master data quality reviews to ensure both compliance and quality requirements are met.- Creating the local training curriculum and apply the training governance framework for functionally-owned training.

- Provide project management for the process team with responsibility for ensuring the process team’s tasks are completed on time within budget and meeting the requirements of the business.- Ensure the quality of design, development and implementation meets the requirements established by the process owners.- Act as a Change Agent and Driver for the Business process, in the area of Supply.- Facilitate and support the identification and documentation of the change challenges that the Operation will encounter as part of the rollout.- Manage the process team resources and facilities to complete the project on time and budget.- Communicate with the appropriate business managers in a way that provides adequate insight into the project.- Ensure the external groups related to the project, e.g. contractor/supplier to Operation, are involved where appropriate.- Proactively manage project risks and develop mitigation plans where applicable.
