Leading this initiative has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to combine my expertise in sustainability, technology, and business strategy.Before launching Carbon Six Labs, I founded and led Filice Campbell Benefits, a successful employee benefits brokerage. Starting from the ground up, I scaled the company into a market leader, providing innovative benefits solutions to over 100 organizations. Our consistent growth caught the attention of Acrisure, a major player in the insurance industry, and I successfully negotiated the acquisition of the company.
