I am dedicated to developing young players’ skills, understanding, and passion for the game. I lead training sessions, focusing on technical and tactical aspects suited to players from U/14 to U/19, ensuring their growth in a structured and supportive environment. Utilising the school's state-of-the-art indoor facilities, I aim to cultivate a positive learning atmosphere, encouraging teamwork, discipline, and resilience. My role includes creating session plans, managing team selections, and fostering each player's potential, preparing them for competition and instilling a lifelong appreciation for cricket.

I have been able to motivate and improve the attitude towards Physical Education at the school. Several parents and colleagues have contacted me to thank me in this regard.I have successfully developed a sport program within a limited timeframe, resulting in the acquisition of necessary equipment and the initiation of competitive matches, marking a significant enhancement in the school's engagement with physical activity and sports.

Over 4 years I ensured the growth of sport in the Preparatory School, helping all students achieve their personal best.
