After several years with the Cairngorms National Park Authority as their Peatland ACTION Programme Development Manager, I have now moved on to work with Zulu Ecosystem Services. It was a pleasure being involved with the development of a successful delivery programme at CNPA, helping with the growth of a young industry and being able to work with such great colleagues within the Park Authority and the wider restoration industry and I take great pride in having closely supported the delivery of over 60 projects and over 7,000ha of restoration since starting to work in this area. In my new role I will continue to build on this portfolio with Zulu Ecosystem Services, a dynamic and pioneering business that works with landowners, corporates, investors, and communities, in the delivery of impactful regeneration of landscapes in service of nature, climate, and people. I join an existing team of domain experts including scientists, analysts, programmers, and commercial advisors, where I will focus on helping to build their project delivery programme, as well as guiding the development of software and technology systems that help streamline the process of site selection and project design. This exciting role will allow me to continue to support peatland, landscape and habitat restoration across Scotland, the UK and more widely.
