• Scans competitive landscape including annual reports, press releases, other industry new sources• Works with Business Units to evaluate attractiveness of verticals and develop penetration strategies• Identifies target customers in key verticals• Develops and maintain needs assessment of key verticals and align services and resources as required• Develops unique value propositions to target customers with key services• Identifies new services based on vertical and customer research and interaction• Works with Divisions to evaluate, plan, and develop new services and solutions• Acts as Subject Matter Expert on industry trends and new services/solutions• Identifies business opportunities, assesses customer needs, and matches these with PPG’s services to acquire new key, global and/or national accounts. • Develops relationships with consultants and industry partners to create new channels to market as well as new service offerings• Directs the development of business strategy and drives the implementation of key strategic initiatives.• Assesses the ongoing progress of the organization as a whole and drives broad changes and specific improvement initiatives necessary to achieve the targeted business outcomes. • Aligns and integrates existing management processes to strategize for competitive advantage. • Organizes the team working on assigned special projects within the organization as directed by the chief Operations Officer. Examples would include the area of telemental health, TMS, and government contracting. This includes delegating tasks to other employees and conducting regular meetings with team members to monitor the status of the project and to ensure on track performance. Team members could include PPG leadership and other staff members. Reports to appropriate leaders on project progress.• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies for facilities.• Coaches others to ensure that assigned projects are completed on time and within budget. Will guide and monitor the work of outside contractors and vendors in relation to project activities as necessary and appropriate.• Where appropriate, uses evidence-based, best practice approach in order to drive a world class model of service.• Analyzes data to determine the root cause of a problem or defect in order to direct the course of the project and obtain the desired results.• Responsible to transfer knowledge and teach as requested or directed.• Ensures communications are properly received, and follow-up is appropriate and complete.• Uses a data-driven, workflow approach that sets priorities for outcome measurements.

Job duties include: recruitment of new MD's, serve as TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) tech, troubleshoot onsite IT problems and work with 3rd party vendors when necessary to solve, design/implement/and launch new website.

Coordinate a team of 10 members to complete court ordered evaluations within a ten day timeline.

Work as part of a team to identify and recruit participants for research studies. Responsible for completing study visits and all tasks related to visits.
