Co-host of the Living In Financial Excellence weekly podcast, embracing the debt free way of life. With my co-host (and wife) Janelle, we taught the principles of living without debt and winning with money. Not only did we teach how to live on a cash basis, but we lived according to the same principles in our lives so we could confidently speak from experience. I also founded Financial Excellence, a personal coaching organization focused on walking our clients through the process of taking control of their money through creating a solid spending plan (budget). We then helped them create a plan to eliminate their consumer debt so they could invest confidently for their future. On average, our clients became debt free except their house in 18-36 months. They didn't get there through some magic pill or quick fix solutions like bankruptcy, debt consolidation, or special software. We empowered them to become debt free on their own. Our goal was to change lives one debt at a time.We ultimately closed down our coaching services in order to move closer to family and pursue an opportunity to return to manufacturing and continuous improvement.
