Developed a comprehensive three-year plan for I MEF intelligence and information programs, securing approval from the I MEF Commanding General and establishing it as the command's top priority. My efforts included briefing congressional subcommittees and U.S. liaisons from the Department of Defense and State, which garnered diplomatic support and advanced I MEF’s objectives in priority countries. I led monthly planning conferences with the Operational Planning Team (OPT) to identify shortfalls and risks, develop and assess Courses of Action (COAs), and deliver confirmation briefs before implementation.Created implementation plans for intelligence and information activities that resulted in a 50% increase in intelligence reporting across priority countries. Conducted in-progress reviews and confirmation briefs for the MIG Commanding Officer and MEF Commanding General ensured that schedule, cost, and technical performance met or exceeded expectations. Additionally, I developed orders and directives for the MEF Commanding General to guide operations while overseeing current intelligence and information operations, coordinating headquarters staff to support the needs of forward-deployed units.

As the lead planner for the development and employment of I MIG forces in support of I MEF, I played a critical role in five overseas operations and exercises. I developed directives to effectively deploy I MIG forces throughout the Indo-Pacific theater and created the I MIG Training and Exercise Employment Plan, enhancing the ability of the commanding officer and planners to forecast resource requirements and identify shortfalls for future operations. I led decision briefs to the commanding officer to confirm that all pre-deployment requirements were met and conducted in-progress reviews after each planning conference to update on the status of all planned programs.I facilitated monthly planning conferences with the Operational Planning Team, driving program directives by identifying risks and shortfalls, developing and assessing Courses of Action (COAs), and delivering confirmation briefs prior to execution. Additionally, I served as one of three COA development leaders throughout the Marine Corps Planning Process, contributing to the creation of I MIG's doctrinal concept for supporting I MEF’s future contingency operations. My efforts ensured that our planning and execution were aligned with operational objectives, enabling mission success across diverse environments.

As a dedicated leader, I successfully mentored and trained over 132 Marines and Sailors, ensuring all readiness requirements were met despite the deactivation of the 3d Law Enforcement Battalion. I facilitated the transfer of more than 8,000 principal items, aligning with the battalion's divestment timeline and budgetary constraints. I developed and implemented a comprehensive company training plan to enhance readiness and personal fitness while tracking completion of semi-annual, annual, and professional education training requirements. Additionally, I led two professional education projects on the War in the Pacific and Force Design 2030, resulting in eight essay submissions to the Naval War College essay competition. I also organized numerous ceremonies for awards, promotions, and re-enlistments, fostering a culture of recognition and achievement within the unit.

I led the planning, coordination, and implementation of seven bilateral training operations during the Korean Military Exchange Program (KMEP), successfully training over 300 U.S. and Republic of Korea Marines in both lethal and non-lethal tactics. I effectively liaised with the U.S. Army, South Korean contractors, and military leadership to secure additional support for base access, ammunition storage, transportation, and facilities for billeting throughout the program.In addition to maintaining accountability for all Alpha Company personnel and equipment during KMEP, I developed company tracking systems to efficiently manage and monitor the progress of awards, performance evaluations, training plans, and administrative requirements, including after-action reports, travel vouchers, and outbound interviews. My efforts ensured smooth operations and effective training outcomes, fostering stronger cooperation and skill development between the U.S. and Republic of Korea military forces.

I coordinated with leadership from the USMC, Army, Navy, and Air Force to effectively track, transport, and isolate COVID-19 patients in Okinawa. My role included assisting in the development of policies and procedures that facilitated clear communication, information gathering, and management among unit leaders, the Naval Hospital, and supporting agencies.I maintained accurate records of all COVID-19 patients across Okinawa, including positive, negative, recovered, and pending cases, ensuring that data was readily available for decision-making and resource allocation. My efforts contributed to a streamlined response to the pandemic, enhancing collaboration across military branches and supporting the health and safety of personnel in the region.

I served as the primary security liaison to six Joint Region Marianas Officers in support of the USS Theodore Roosevelt during a COVID-19 crisis. In this role, I developed strong relationships with adjacent unit leaders through effective interpersonal communication, allowing me to understand their needs related to new processes, manpower, and logistical requirements.I created and implemented processes that enhanced security coverage, mitigated the spread of COVID-19 in Guam, and improved response times to medical emergencies within quarantine facilities. Additionally, I coordinated logistical and medical requirements with Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force units to ensure the safety and well-being of over 1,200 sailors and 45 Marines across six quarantine facilities, contributing to a cohesive and efficient response during a challenging time.

I led 40 Marines in successfully completing over 70 essential training requirements during the Integrated Training Exercise and the Marine Air-Ground Task Force Warfighting Exercise. My responsibilities included coordinating logistical needs for transportation, fuel, vehicle maintenance, ammunition, and resupply throughout both exercises. I managed and oversaw operations, budgeting, maintenance, and administration for $1.5 million worth of military-grade vehicles, weapons, ammunition, and gear.I conducted risk assessments for live-fire machine gun ranges and advanced driving courses, resulting in zero incidents. Additionally, I developed company-level Standing Operating Procedures for convoy operations, patrolling, and non-lethal weapon use, while leading weekly training events to meet monthly requirements. I implemented seven training events that exceeded quarterly goals and maintained accurate records for all platoon activities, including training requirements, awards, promotions, and legal documentation. I also planned and executed deployment readiness training to ensure all 120 Marines in the company were proficient in various security tactics and non-lethal capabilities in preparation for our deployment to Guam.

Scheduling and collaborating with the other supervisors regarding provision of security for campus events, safe transportation of students across campus, managing dispatch communication for the SafeRide vehicle, securing academic buildings, and assisting the University Police Officers.
