As the President and Founder of Gauchos in Business at UCSB, I lead a student-run organization that fosters professional development, networking, and mentorship opportunities for students interested in business careers. I oversee strategic planning, member recruitment, and event coordination, including workshops, guest speaker series, and alumni networking events. Through this role, I aim to create a collaborative environment that equips students with the tools and connections needed to succeed in the business world.
