Working along side the UK's Premier Team wear Sales Director, Jason Critchley, we launched a new kit company from conception to realization. My main role was new business acquisition, contract tendering and negotiation. Our target market was both Professional and Amateur Rugby Clubs.Airosport, a sub division of SJW Management was very successful. We had 6 sportswear licensing agreements with a number of sportswear brands and exceeded our sales targets month on month. Total Sales Figures were in excess of £250,000 within the first 12 months.

My Job was to recruit International Rugby Players such as Manu Samoa and Toulouse Census Johnston, Gloucester's Eliota Sapolu, legendary Frech Flanker Oliver Magne and Great Britain Rugby League Captain Paul Sculthorpe.I negotiated numerous playing contracts including the biggest financial contract in English Rugby.I was lead negotiator for several brand endorsement contracts including Europe's Biggest Book Publisher 'Random House', Red Bull, Nike and BMW.

I was a Pro Rugby Player who represented England U16, U18, U19 and U21.Sadly in 2001 I suffered a major Heart abnormality and was forced to quit Pro SPort. After 3 operations I was given the medical all clear to carry on in normal life.............
