We work with businesses, nonprofits, and churches to help with their technology needs. My team and I provide consulting and technical support for our clients that ranges from basic desktop support to providing and supporting infrastructure.

Oversee the IT, Information Systems, and Academic Technology departments for a fully accredited college and seminary in Southlake, Texas. I am also the liaison for our live production team to the rest of the university.

Gateway Church is a church in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with over 30,000 members. As the Director of IT User Experience, I oversee the IT Help Desk, IT User Experience, and Device Management teams. Our IT Help Desk serves our staff during the week and helps support the weekend services. The IT User Experience team helps new staff with their technology setups, procures all the technology assets for the staff, and monitors the overall experience for the staff at Gateway. Finally, our Device Management team sets up the platform for all our end user devices using technologies such as JAMF and SCCM as well as monitors the health of those devices. I am also responsible for our Post Production technologies (Isilon, Spectra Tape backups, and Mac Pro editing stations primarily), our video conferencing technology (Vidyo), and setting up our help desk system.

Gateway Church is a church in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with over 30,000 members. I am responsible for all technology related to the Post Production department, including MacPro editing stations, audio/video editing hardware and software, 10gig and fibre channel editing storage and infrastructure, Isilon near line storage, setting up and maintaining the CatDV metadata tagging software, and Spectra Logic backups of all video assets. I also oversee and aid in implementation and training staff on church wide technologies, such as video conferencing between our extension campuses and office locations. Finally, I oversee the procurement team at Gateway where we purchase technology assets for over 600 staff. Our team purchases approved assets and then delivers them to the IT team for preparation and deployment.
