Planning and logistics for an award winning photography company to provide photography and on-site printing of large scale national youth sports tournaments. Including staffing, supplying, and IT support for multiple sites and concurrent events. Project managed and assisted in the build out of two 8000lb custom trailers (mobile photo lab) and two permanent store locations.Also managed a team that handled on-site and post event customer service with Zendesk for ticket and time tracking.
