We started with elder-led triads in early 2022, and have grown to more than 40 triads of both men and women.• Led our Connect Group ministry through a time of transition from unhealthy leadership to healthy leadership, providing training and support to our new Connect Group leaders.• Grew our Adult Bible Fellowship classes from two to four.• Taught "The Gospel Project" Curriculum.• Successfully trained prospective elders by team-teaching with them.• Led our Men's Ministry Team consisting of eight volunteers.
