Designed, developed, and delivered a proprietary, automated circuit testing and cross-connect reconciliation solution in C#/.NET with trouble ticket integration compatible with Nortel DMS, Lucent 5ESS, Tadiran T::DAX, Alcatel 1630/31, Adtran TA3000 and TA4303, Tellabs Titan 5500, Spirent Hekimian, JDSU CENTEST, BMC Remedy, TBS Metasolv, and Granite Xpercom. Results: Generated substantial savings for multiple CLECs by reducing truck rolls and MTTR by up to 50%. Delivered imperative functionality on fourteen-day POC on-site for Telco in Beijing, China. POC deliverables included demonstrating integration with proprietary, back-office system and Tivoli Netcool. Results: Successful POC lead to sales of software and services totaling approximately $500k.
