● Worked on-site at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo, MI supporting Ascension Health (Outsourced to CSC from Ascension January 1st, 2005)● Responsible for high-level support of hardware and software components within the organization. Included but not limited to remote application deployment and troubleshooting as well as account management and security tasks. ● Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the SOE Image used on all desktops and laptops within Borgess Medical Center and its related affiliates. This also included imaging and prepping workstations for deployment.● Intricately involved with the planning and implementation of large scale IT projects as requested by the client.● Frequently wrote technical support documentation for various applications and processes within the organization. ● Traveled to assist other ministries within the organization to ensure that project implementation goals and deliverables were met.
