I oversee all things revenue for Trib Total Media. This includes daily and weekly newspapers, digital advertising, direct mail, marketing, research, and analytics. I lead multiple departments through growth and development, working to increase customer base, bring TTM to new markets, and turn losses into growing profits.

I bring my passion for digital advertising further by supporting clients, from startups and trade schools to corporations, with cutting-edge campaigns. When we work with customers, we constantly learn and optimize. This is not a threat to our creativity – instead, it inspires our talent. R&D is a part of our DNA.

I worked my way from intern to CRO at Observer by dedicating more than 21 years to the growth and success of the company. I’m proud to have been one of only two non-family members in the executive leadership team, and served in the growth of the company up until its acquisition. Observer is also where I developed my passion for training and mentoring others.
