Digital marketing intern at Array Digital where I assisted the digital marketing team to ensure that the agency maximizes its ability to deliver optimal results by producing effective campaigns for our clients. Promoted to head the Logistics Committee where I oversee all committee members, and logistics pertaining to the entire fair.The Logistics Committee is responsible for recruiting and training a staff of 100 volunteers to assist in the set up and execution of Business Horizons, prior to and on the day of the fair. Some volunteers assist the attending companies with unloading and carrying displays, booth set-up and take down, while other volunteers are assigned to running copies for employers, monitoring student check-in, getting drinks and snacks for employers, etc., throughout the day. The Logistics committee conducts a series of training sessions for volunteers and coordinates the shift schedules of volunteers. The committee, in conjunction with the Publicity committee is responsible for executing new and unique ways to prepare students for the fair. This Committee is also responsible for coordinating fair set-up activities. In accordance with the Corporate Correspondence Committee, the Logistics Committee should plan and implement the movement of day of the fair materials to the event location.

Promoted to publicity committee chair after the 2016-2017 school year. The Publicity Committee deals with all communications with students, faculty, and alumni. Secondly, the Committee is responsible for designing communication campaigns geared to student participation and notification to faculty about the event itself. The committee uses various media to publicize the event and notify students of the fair and volunteer opportunities. The committee, in conjunction with the Logistics committee is responsible for creating new and unique ways to advertise and prepare students for the fair. The committee is also responsible for designing/ordering T-shirts. In addition to using social media outlets, the committee is responsible for physical signage around campus, this includes obtaining proper approvals from university parties.Continually assisted in Breaking Business Horizons fair record the past 3 fairs (fall 2017, spring 2018, fall 2018) with over 2,900 students in attendance and 170 + employers. Also created the first ever Snapchat filter for the career fair during the spring of 2017.

Business Horizons is a student run organization known as the "Super Bowl of College Recruiting." It is recognized as one of the best career fairs in the country by evaluations from recruiters who attend. Business Horizons offers Pamplin, and all of Virginia Tech, students the opportunity to connect with over 150 top recruiting organizations in both the Fall and Spring.Honored to have been selected to be apart publicity committee in the Fall of 2016. I worked along side the publicity committee head to advance our efforts in increasing student turnout as well as overall awareness of the fair.

Center Club, Inc. was created in order to create a supportive environment to gather as an association of friends focused on enhancing personal and professional growth through community service, social engagement, scholarly achievement, and professional advancement.I founded and was the first President of this corporation, where I had active executive management of the operations of the Corporation, subject to the control of the Board of Directors. Currently over 115 members and actively growing on a yearly basis.

Previous Vice President of the Eta Lambda chapter of Sigma Chi, where I assisted the President as well as managed and supervised various committees including but not limited to: The Executive and Judicial committees. I also lead help lead weekly meetings with over 107 active members.The Pro Consul serves as vice president or chief operating officer of the chapter, and he works closely with the Consul in carrying out chapter operations. He is chairman of the chapter’s executive committee, coordinates the work of the chapter’s other committees and serves as their liaison between the chapter and executive committee.
