Joined Kautex Unipart in 2009 with an angency, main duties, material feed to blow moulders. Once i gained a full time contract i was a team member for 3 years, working in production learning various processes, then worked as off line support for 14 months. Main duties included ensuring cell/lines are supplied with parts reporting directly to team leader, finally working as a temporary team leader while helping with the start up and learning of the new next generation equipment being introduced for production .
