Joining Squeeze in 2002, a year after it was formed, it was my initial duty to take the role as creative designer in this 'two-man' company.The design projects were predominantly within the property marketing industry and I managed projects from initial concept through to final design. Producing a vast array of printed literature from corporate brochures, annual reports, bespoke scheme brandings and brochures, scheme marketing suites and launch events.Large scale format graphics include various outdoor media and signage installations, perimeter hoarding along with exhibition and event graphics. I also managed the design and development of corporate web and micro sites.My commitment and dedication to the company enabled my position to mature to Production Director as the company grew to a head count of approx 28 staff.

Responsible for setting up an internal creative department, the role involved hiring staff and work flow management. Internal briefs undertaken were to include the re-brand of Tiny Online both on and offline. From logo, stationery and product brochure design through to event and exhibition graphics, showroom point of sale material and the presence that Tiny Online had across the internet.Upon completion of the re-brand, Tiny Computers was able to sell Tiny Online to Tiscali, one of Europes leading ISPs, for a staggering £8 million.

During the years that I was with BDG my role grew considerably. Employed originally as a Creative Artworker to assist with the design of various websites, corporate literature and P.O.S. material for an array of blue chip clients, including British Airways, Toyota, Lexus, Taywood Homes and First National/Lombard. My role involved managing projects from initial concept through to final artwork/print whilst supervising freelance designers and overseeing the smooth running of the studio.
