Visit http://useractive.com.au for a portfolio of work.• For MYOB: I designed landing pages that encouraged customers to switch their domain portfolio to MYOB’s budget hosting subsidiary, SmartyHost. At the centre of the campaign was a ‘strength tester,’ which displayed rewards for which a customer was eligible in a unique format that was engaging and on-brand.• For Cliniko: I designed a range of screens for this web-based healthcare practice management application. This included patient note-taking, primary navigation menus and screens for patients to schedule their own appointments with a practitioner.• For OrdersInbox: conducted a usability audit of this order management web application. The report highlighted severe usability flaws and offered recommendations to improve the usability of the app before it was launched, potentially saving thousands of dollars in development costs. -
User Experience DesignerAustralia Post Nov 2010 - Aug 2012Melbourne, AustraliaResponsible for designing and managing web projects for the eBusiness incubator. • Performed user research, conducted user testing, and produced design deliverables for a range of web apps, mobile apps and intranet applications within Australia Post. • Managed the design and build of a website displaying consumer ratings data for the top 50 online retailers in Australia. • Performed research, created workflow diagrams, wireframes and interaction model, and iteratively user-tested what became the popular Australia Post Postcards iPhone application. The app won “Best Utility” at the 2012 Australian Mobile Awards, and was runner up at the Swipe Design Awards. -

Employed a responsive design to ensure an optimal experience on a range of devices and screen sizes. • Designed and implemented IMA's public-facing website on the Squarespace platform. The new website gives IMA a more modern online brand, in order to drive applicants to current positions. The site makes heavy use of imagery and video content. -
