Key supervisor experience I have gained in this position is by leading a team of 5 to creating an exceptional experience in the 10 lane bowling alley. (5 and 10 pin lanes) Key experiences in this role include problem solving, scheduling employees, lane maintenance, public speaking, running 8 different leagues, coordinating teams, POS/league management systems, bartending experience, and establishing relationships with all those who come to bowl all while operating under COVID-19 protocols.

At member services we serve as the go-to place for information for our members. Here I have gained success by keeping up to date with all events and must-know information if a member needs it, anticipating a members needs before they ask for it, and making personal connections with a member either over the phone or in person. Key experiences I have learned here are communication skills, phone etiquette skills, proficient on Proboards, Northstar & RPOS systems, cashouts, making new member cards/fobs, and creating an exceptional experience for members to both greet and say good bye to as they enter and exit the club.

Elbow Park Tennis Club

Configured the facility to assure tennis was played in a COVID-19 conscious atmosphere, signed up members for EPTC, helped edit the website when needed, maintained all five clay courts, cleaned/disinfected the clubhouse each day, coordinated lessons between the pros and players, booked courts for members, and gained a passion for tennis.

Responsibilities with golf operations, including payables/invoicing, filing, sales, social media, groups coordination, (anywhere from 12-144 people at a time) restocking, cash outs/handling of cash, golf shop challenges on course, reconciliation of sales, checking in customers, and making connections with guests by creating unforgettable experiences while they spend their time in Kananaskis.

Delivering high quality service to guests to assure they have an enjoyable dining experience. This includes taking orders, serving food and drinks. This job also includes handling money in cash outs, cleaning up the restaurant after close and using a computer system for food/beverage ordering.
