Management of the non-grocery accounts(wholesalers, q-commerce apps and online retailers), Wholefoods, Planet Organic and business development for Piccolo.End-to-end account management including; Onboarding, Range Reviews, JPBs, P&Ls up to £65k, promotion planning and presentation creation.During my time at Piccolo I brought in, £190k of pipeline sales, four range extensions and one new wholesaler and an incremental sales channel.

Hired at Belazu as an Account Executive for West London and Business Development Executive for Bristol. My role consisted of ensuring all clients were regularly contacted to upsell produce in a personable manner. Worked at their sister company Abel&Cole during the pandemic to help with customer service. My role here was no longer needed during the pandemic.

• Daily responsibilities involved managing daily callouts to qualify incoming applicants, continuous communication with existing applicants to build relationships and manage external contractors such as photographers, builders or locksmiths.• Serviced own portfolio of clients and relocation agents which required clear and consistent communications across all forms of contact including email, phone and mail. • Organising over 70 applicants at any one time commanded extremely rigorous planning and time management to ensure each client was receiving exceptional service.• Employing client’s feedback of experience was essential to continuously improve office processes. This extended my knowledge of client-to-client personalisation which was key to retaining business and receiving referrals. • Managed onboarding process, for both Landlord - initial sales pitching, negotiating fees and arranging photographers and Tenant – arranging viewings and full tenancy paperwork. Complete understanding of onboarding, built confidence and clarity throughout all business conducted. As a result, long term, trusted relationships were built.
