Managing the WNS contract delivering all elements of waste water repairs

In my current role I have a number of teams that work to improving the Serviceability position for SW, the teams i manage consist of; Pollution reporting, Analysis’s team, Investigation Techs, County Engineers. We work closely with field operations teams to advise and guide them as to best practice ensuring a consistent approach to work completion Lease with a number of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that communication is kept current Preparation of management reportsReview current process and documentation to ensure SW adopt the best practicable approach to work completion.Identify long term solutions for problem areas within the SW infrastructure.

Responsible for all reactive mechanical and electrical work that couldn't be completed using direct labour and had to be sent to our service providers. Ensuring that there was a good scope, the work was going to the best\relevant service provider and that SW recieved a good level of service that met the contractral agreements
