I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and more than 30 years of experience in the retail industry.My core competencies include coaching, team building, new store openings, and attention to detail. I am passionate about creating a positive and engaging work environment for my staff, while delivering exceptional value and satisfaction to our customers. I have successfully launched and managed several new stores, increasing the revenue and market share of the company.
