I had the opportunity to represent the Schneider portfolio in an onsite capacity to General Mills, Target, and Ecolab between 2014 and 2019.Ecolab: * Successfully implemented new business and developed corporate relationships with a new strategic customer by bringing 3 dedicated fleets up to customer expectations, along with documenting and refining processes, responsibilities and tasks for the execution teams.* Improved on time service levels from mid 70% to consistently above the 95% goal within 5 months.Provided daily, weekly, and monthly newsletter communications to Ecolab leadership with analytics and insights on how to continue to improve the dedicated sites.Target Corporation: * Responsible for managing a global account relationship. Global accounts utilize multiple business units within Schneider that can include van truckload, intermodal, brokerage, port-logistics, and final mile. * 2015 recipient of Target Corporation’s annual individual “All Star” award for my work in growing the relationship and my passion for making the relationship successful.* Recipient of a team “Outstanding Partnership” Award from Target Corporation in 2015.* Successfully led transportation implementation of new distribution center business that was awarded in 2016. Launched 3 separate sites while working daily with Target to understand their needs around this new supply chain segment. General Mills Inc: * Directly led our monthly service and performance meetings, where we provided consistent performance and insight into our business. * Successfully led a high visibility promotion with General Mills with over 100 shipments at 100% service.
