Led the clinical product team for Olive Works. Created Empanelment SMS automation and partnered with DrFirst to introduce AI medication reconciliation workflows.

healthfinch leverages EMR data to automate, delegate and simplify routine, repeatable tasks, like prescription refill requests, visit planning, diagnostics results management, and more.I focused on bringing healthfinch to new EMR markets through strategic partnerships with integration developers and health systems, and executed on a go-to market strategy. Launched our flagship Prescription Renewal Request Solution in Cerner in November 2019 through partnerships with JASE health and Medstar.

I provided our sales team and prospective clients support to use data to quantify the value of our solutions as well as subject matter expertise on our implementation, technology, and support methodologies.

IMO manages and updates clinically friendly content and maps it to relevant external vocabularies like ICD10-CM, ICD10-PCS, CPT, LOINC, and SNOMED. This content is used in a variety of ways across the health system including point of care documentation, grouper curation, and improving the fidelity of content in the data warehouse. They provide services for the capture and management of clinical information allowing clinicians to think the way clinicians should think at the point of search and documentation, which enables better and more accurate reporting and CDS. I managed IMO's suite of procedure products (SurgIT, PeriopIT, ProcedureIT, Medical Necessity) and spent the majority of my time creating and bringing to market content solutions for surgical scheduling, surgical history documentation, and revenue cycle.

Hired to evaluate IMO's procedure terminology business. Established new surgical scheduling terminology solution for health systems leveraging Epic. Brought on full time to manage business development, product, and implementation.

Implemented enterprise-wide SaaS employee wellness programs for 200 to 17,000 life insurance groups and corporations. Led large-scale, 2-5 month implementations, managing 2-15 stakeholders comprised of staff from clients HR departments, insurance brokers, internal resources, and third parties.
